These Terms of Service govern access to and use of InboxAnalyzer, a managed email service operated by Adzumba Networks Inc. Customer-specific commercial terms may also be set out in an order form, statement of work or other written agreement.
Service Scope
InboxAnalyzer may provide email strategy, creative support, audience operations, campaign setup and deployment, delivery infrastructure, suppression management, reporting, deliverability oversight and related managed services. The exact scope, volume and service level for a customer may vary by agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of their data, offers, content and instructions. Customers must have an appropriate basis to contact recipients and must comply with applicable laws, disclosures, consent requirements and contractual obligations.
Acceptable Use
Use of InboxAnalyzer is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. We may review, delay, restrict or decline campaigns or accounts that present elevated complaint, consent, abuse, security or reputation risk.
Suppression & Compliance Controls
Customers must not intentionally bypass unsubscribe, complaint, bounce or suppression controls. InboxAnalyzer may suppress addresses or restrict sending where operational, compliance or deliverability concerns require it.
Fees
Fees, included services, sending volume, onboarding charges and other commercial terms are established for the applicable customer program. Public pricing is general and does not create a binding quote.
Availability & Changes
InboxAnalyzer may use third-party infrastructure and service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific inbox placement result, and we may modify operational processes as needed to protect customers, recipients and sending infrastructure.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, abuse, material policy violations, unlawful activity, security concerns or sending behavior that creates unacceptable operational or reputation risk.
Liability & Customer Agreements
Commercial customers may be subject to additional limitations, warranties, indemnities and liability terms in their executed service agreement. To the extent of a conflict, the executed customer agreement controls.
