InboxAnalyzer does not permit unsolicited bulk email. Customers are expected to send to recipients for whom they have an appropriate permission or other lawful basis consistent with the nature of the communication.
Required Practices
Commercial campaigns should accurately identify the sender, avoid deceptive routing or subject information, provide a functioning unsubscribe mechanism where required, and honor applicable opt-out and suppression requirements.
List Acquisition
Purchased, harvested, scraped or otherwise improperly obtained lists are not permitted. Third-party data arrangements may be subject to additional review and must satisfy applicable law, disclosures, consent requirements and contractual obligations.
Suppression
Customers must not re-add or re-mail recipients who have been suppressed due to unsubscribe, complaint or other applicable opt-out requirements unless there is a documented and lawful reason to do so.
Complaints & Bounces
Complaint and bounce signals are used to protect recipients and sending reputation. InboxAnalyzer may suppress affected addresses and adjust, throttle, review or pause sending where performance indicates elevated risk.
Program Review
InboxAnalyzer may request information about list source, consent practices, prior mailing history, complaint levels, sending domains and campaign content before or during a customer relationship.
Reporting Abuse
Concerns about email sent through InboxAnalyzer-managed services may be submitted through our Contact page with sufficient information to investigate.
