InboxAnalyzer uses administrative, technical and operational practices intended to protect customer information and managed email operations. InboxAnalyzer is operated by Adzumba Networks Inc.
Access Control
Access to systems and customer information is limited to authorized persons with a legitimate business need. Administrative access and credentials are managed with security controls appropriate to the systems involved.
Transmission & Infrastructure
Production web services use encrypted connections where supported. Customer data is processed through approved systems and service providers appropriate to the business purpose.
Data Minimization
We seek to collect and retain information reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain suppression and compliance records, reconcile activity, investigate issues and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Operational Records
Depending on the service, operational records may include campaign identifiers, timestamps, delivery results, suppression events, authentication activity, bounce and complaint signals, application errors and other information used for troubleshooting, reconciliation, compliance and security.
Incident Handling
Suspected security incidents are assessed and addressed based on their nature and severity, including containment, credential rotation, remediation, evidence preservation and notifications where required.
Vendors
InboxAnalyzer may rely on cloud, hosting, email-delivery and other technology providers. Provider access and data use are limited to legitimate service functions.
Continuous Improvement
Security requirements may be updated as InboxAnalyzer’s service, technology, vendors and data flows evolve.
