InboxAnalyzer is designed for legitimate, permission-based business email. Customers must use the service responsibly and in a way that protects recipients, other customers and sending infrastructure.
Prohibited Uses
Prohibited activity includes unsolicited bulk email; purchased, rented, scraped or harvested address lists; misleading sender identities; deceptive routing or subject information; phishing; malware; credential theft; unlawful content; suppression evasion; and attempts to conceal the true origin or purpose of a campaign.

Operational Controls
InboxAnalyzer may apply volume limits, throttling, suppression, campaign review, enhanced onboarding requirements or account restrictions when complaint, bounce, consent, security or reputation concerns arise.
Enforcement
Material or repeated violations may result in campaign suspension, account restrictions or termination of service.
